Yoga BASICS

Learn proper alignment in order to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga

A very gentle practice suitable for practitioners who enjoy a quiet practice or for those who are getting their body back into action, regardless of age, size, flexibility or previous surgeries or injuries.

HOT Vinyasa

A very warm room and instructor’s choice of yoga style. But don’t worry; the instructor will tell you what to do.

Meditation

A guided experience. The teacher will give you a reading or theme to focus on and will then guide you into several minutes of silence. No prior experience necessary.

NEW to YOGA

An introductory 6-week series. Learn foundational yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices and proper alignment. You may take the full series or drop into any class.

POWER Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Bring water and a towel and be prepared to sweat!

RELAX Deeply

A therapeutic class that uses props to support the body in order to deepen the benefits of the poses. Both soothing and nurturing, this class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go. Open to all levels.

STRETCH & Recharge

Stretch  your muscles, work your core… for just a part of the class.  Then drop into delicious restorative postures. This class is suitable for all levels.

Stretch & STRENGTHEN

Moving slowly through a series of postures and generating energy from within. Lengthen your muscles & calm your mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

Monthly Unlimited Class Pass: $120

Seniors, Teachers, Students, & Veterans: $10

Community Class $5 or more (Gratitude Offering)

Yoga is more than an exercise class. The more you practice yoga, the more you realize that it is something you want to do everyday –or at least as many days as you possibly can. It’s important to have a home practice of yoga but it is also wise to practice with a teacher regularly.
