What kind of yoga do we have?

We have all types of yoga classes from Restorative to Ashtanga. Each day at both studios, there is at least one class that would be great for beginners and at least one class that is great for regular practitioners.

Each of our teachers comes from a different yoga lineage– we have those trained in the Ashtanga style (vinyasa classes come from this style), Iyengar, Sivannanda, and Atma Yoga.

Our unlimited passes are a great way to experience all the teachers and the various class types to see what you love the best… or to discover that you love a variety of practices and will want to come to all kinds of classes!

Every yoga class is different. That’s what keeps it so interesting.  Also, you are different every day.  Depending upon what you ate, what stress you’ve encountered, how you slept… you are more or less flexible, more or less strong.  But don’t worry.  There is no “goal” in yoga.  The most important thing is that you come to the mat and practice; stretch your body and refresh your mind. This is the ’work’ of yoga. Be wherever you are today.

Are you waiting to start a yoga practice until you are flexible enough?  We hope not! That is like waiting until you are THIN to start a diet!!!!  There is no need to wait. Start any day you commit to.  You’ll immediately be glad you did.
