200 Hour Yoga Alliance-Certified

OCT 1 4, 2013 – FEB 2, 2014
The path of Bhakti Yoga is the path of the heart. It is where we move beyond just “doing yoga postures” and shift into being yoga (union of mind, body and spirit). The physical vinyasa practice is a powerful practice that is intended to create balance in the body. As Power Yoga teacher Bryan Kest says, “We are way past tearing ourselves to shreds simply to be more aesthetically pleasing.” Truly practicing yoga means moving with intention, on and off the mat. In this deep, intensive training, we will delve together into living and sharing this shift.

“Yoga teacher training was one of the best experiences of my life–Marriage, Childbirth, Yoga Teacher Training… you really get to see what you are made of, test your limits. It’s exciting, too. Especially when I realized that I could use the moving meditation to fuel the rest of my life.” –Amanda Reyelt Masterpaul, YTT 2012
